CMC Return Policy

We strongly suggest you read our Return Policy before purchase. Should you decide to return any merchandises, please abide by the points outlined in CMC USA’s Return Policy.

 

Return Policy

For non-defective items:

  1. Items purchased on CMC USA’s website, providing that they are in original, undamaged condition, are returnable within a guaranteed 30-day period starting the day the item was received. This date can be found on tracking summary provided by shipping company.
  2. Returned items should be in a resalable condition. Customer must return the item in its original packing materials, complete with serial number card, brochure, a copy of the invoice and all accessories.
  3. Customer should carefully repack the return item in an appropriate package so as to prevent damage of merchandise in transit. CMC USA will not be responsible for any item lost or damaged during shipping. We reserve the right to charge fee for apparent damage done to the box and packing material of the item.
  4. CMC USA will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. If customer prefers a refund instead of exchange, the refund will be equal to item price plus applicable taxes. The original cost of shipping that CMC USA covered when shipping item to customer will be subtracted from the refund. We will reimburse customer in the original form of payment that was used on the purchase.

For defective or damaged items:

 

  1. Models damaged by customer’s rough or improper handling are not returnable.
  2. If you wish to return a defective item or an item that was damaged during shipping, you must first call our customer service at 585-292-7280 or send an email to usacmc@msn.com. Our customer service representative will instruct you in the packing of your item and provide you with return authorization plus a prepaid shipping label. After we receive the item, we will make an exchange for you or refund you the full purchase cost in the original form of payment.
  3. All returned models without any indication of our authorization will be sent back.
